There has been no moss growing on this rolling stone. From being Chair of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, to serving as a Special Master in three different courts, to publishing works regarding child custody issues – the past three-decades-plus have been fulfilling but have confirmed one singular truth: litigation is not the way. The following is a quick recap of where I’ve been – but happy to chat about the details between the lines.

Amy Klein
It has been almost four decades of legal practice, including helping to redraft standards for representing children in juvenile court to working with children and families in just about every legal aspect and court in Connecticut. One thing that continues to ring clear is that in situations where people can meet on neutral ground and work out their issues, as opposed to having a court make the decision for them, is a much better set up for success.
